Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 -3 business days.

We will do our best to ship your order within 2-3 business days. If for some reason our company is experiencing a high volume of orders or issues due to COVID 19, and please expect some delays. Any issues with your order will be handled in a timely manner and communicated at the earliest convenience.

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After your order has shipped we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

CB Active is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

CB Active is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We are currently not shipping internationally.
